    take your information and process it in real time OR
  • You send us your mail via FedEx or any overnight service. We open your mail, scan it, create
    a pdf of your all your documents, and then process your mail.
  • We create an electronic filing cabinet for you, with pdf files of all your documents. Anytime
    you want to see a vendor invoice, you go to your "Vendor" file and the go to the specific
    vendor name you are looking for. You can then see all the invoices from that vendor. Your
    filing cabinet has "file draws" for each of your bank account statements, payroll files, AR
    check deposits, etc.
  • Your electronic Filing Cabinet is accessible 24/7 from your desktop and your filing is
